Personal data
Personal data is data about you as an individual. This includes your name, address, and email address. You are not required to disclose any personal data in order to visit our website. In some cases, we need your name, address, and other information in order to provide you with the requested service.
The same applies if we send you information material upon request or respond to your enquiries. In these cases, we will always inform you accordingly. In addition, we only store the data that you have provided to us automatically or voluntarily.
When you use one of our services, we generally only collect the data necessary to provide you with our service. We may ask you for additional information, but providing it is voluntary. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.
Contact
When you contact us (e.g., via contact form, email, phone, or social media), the information provided by the person making the enquiry is processed to the extent necessary to respond to the contact request and any requested actions. Responding to contact requests within the framework of contractual or pre-contractual relationships takes place to fulfil our contractual obligations or to respond to (pre-)contractual enquiries, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Automatically Saved Data
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
- date and time of the request
- name of the requested file
- page from which the file was requested
- access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- the web browser and operating system used
- the full IP address of the requesting computer
- and the volume of data transferred
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, this data is stored by us for a short period. This data does not allow us to draw conclusions about individual persons. After a maximum of seven days, the data is anonymised by shortening the IP address to the domain level, making it no longer possible to establish a reference to an individual user. In anonymised form, the data is also processed for statistical purposes; no comparison with other data sets or disclosure to third parties, even in excerpts, takes place.
Cookies
When you visit our website, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Many cookies contain what is known as a cookie ID — a unique identifier for the cookie, consisting of a string of characters through which websites and servers can be linked to the specific browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows the websites and servers visited to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other browsers that contain different cookies. A specific browser can be recognised and identified via its unique cookie ID.
By using session cookies, the controller can provide users of this website with a user-friendly service that would not be possible without setting cookies. Without your consent, we only use technically necessary cookies, on the legal basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies into our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies, and does not carry out any independent analyses. It merely manages and triggers the tools integrated through it. However, Google Tag Manager collects your IP address, which may also be transmitted to Google's parent company in the United States.
The data transmitted is pseudonymous only; it is not possible to draw conclusions about your identity. Google bases the transfer of data to the USA on the Transatlantic Data Privacy Framework of 10 July 2023 (TADPF) and, in the case of data transfers to other third countries, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is available on request. This ensures a level of protection comparable to that within the EU.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Tag Manager. Through this agreement, Google assures that it collects data in accordance with the GDPR and ensures the protection of data subjects' rights. Further information on Google Tag Manager can be found in the terms of use for this product.

Rights of affected individuals
You have the right at any time to request information about, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your stored data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint, in accordance with the requirements of data protection law.
Right to information:
You may request confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we process your data.
Right to rectification:
If we process your data and it is incomplete or inaccurate, you may request its correction or completion from us at any time.
